This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the MedRepCards site, hosted and created with technology aggregated by Becko, LLC ("MedRepCards")(the "Site"). By using the MedRepCards website you ("the Visitor") agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. By using this site, you express that you have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at the MedRepCards website. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. By using MedRepCards, you warrant that you will not use this Site, or any of the content obtained from the Site, for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use MedRepCards automatically terminates.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

MedRepCards is providing the Visitor with an online market for purchase printed greeting cards. The Visitor must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for the Visitor’s access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees related with such connection.

MedRepCards’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Choice of Law and Forum: By visiting the Site, you agree that the laws of the State of California and U.S. law, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Agreement.

OTHER TERMS

If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent.
