Shipping and Returns

  • All orders are shipped within 48 hours of your order unless otherwise specified by the customer.  You will be notified via e-mail if there is a delay for any reason and you will only be billed at the time your product is shipped.  Delivery method within the continental United States is UPS Ground Standard Delivery.  Shipping and Handling rates will be computed for on-line orders based on current UPS rate to your delivery address plus a handling fee.  Sorry, we do not ship over the weekend.

 

  • Always provide a physical business address for delivery of your order as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. UPS deliveries to residential addresses can sometimes experience delays. Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We do not accept orders from outside of the United States due to the high cost of shipping and handling international orders.

 

  • All orders, unless personalized, come with a satisfaction guarantee. Should you have concerns or questions about your order, please contact us within ten business days of receipt of delivery.  After that time requests for changes and/or corrections to your order will not be allowed.

 

  • Please be aware that all personalized orders are final please carefully check all spelling, spacing and punctuation in your personalized text on the on-line proof when ordering via our website. Once you have approved a personalized card for printing, we regret that your order cannot be changed or returned.

 

 Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees.  If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.  If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% restocking fee as well as round-trip shipping costs.  The Product Return Instructions listed below must be followed.  Shipping charges and applicable fees will be deducted from the original purchase before a refund will be issued. Shipping charges are NOT refundable!  Credits are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility per the instructions below. The terms of this guarantee are subject to change with or without notice.

 

Return Instructions

  • To return product and receive a refund (minus the fees explained above) please follow these simple instructions:
  • Fill out the Contact Us form with "RMA request" in the subject line and provide a brief description of why you wish to return your purchase.  We will respond to your request with an RMA number as well as a return shipping address.  Please write the RMA number under your address on the mailing label and ship product promptly in its original packaging to the address that we have specified.  Refunds will be void if product is not received in our warehouse within 10 business days.  Returns that do not include an RMA number or are returned to an improper address will be returned at the sender's expense.
