11/3/08 —NEW HAVEN — The Tommy Fund for Childhood Cancer and Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital are promoting the fight against pediatric cancer through the annual sale of holiday greeting cards. The cards are part of a regional fundraising effort to meet the educational, recreational and treatment needs of children with cancer. All of the Tommy Fund cards are designed by young artists who are receiving treatment at Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital.

I was trying to find a good site that offers free web cards or e cards. Most of the sites I have visited have a lot of free e-cards too, but they are not as good as americangreetings.com. Americangreetings.com have a wide selection of free cards with some great messages and animations. Other free sites have free e-cards but they are really simple and they look like it was made with no effort at all.

I consider a written expression one of the best ways to let your loved ones know how much you care for them. For special occasions in the lives of my loved ones, I always write them special notes and thoughts with the help of the Hallmark Greeting Cards.

These cards may be a bit expensive compared to other greeting cards, but I still buy it anyway because of the truly touching and personalised thoughts reflected on the messages of each card. With all the cards I bought from Hallmark, each entails uniqueness and in depth message that can truly touch a person’s heart.
