Q. Do AutoSend cards arrive with a stamp?

A. Yes, The envelopes that contain your printed AutoSend greeting cards have actual stamps (Not printed bulk-mail indicia)

Q. How long will it take for my card to arrive?

A. We mail your AutoSend cards within 48 hours from when you "send" them. Due to variations in postal service speeds, we cannot guarantee delivery times. A good rule-of-thumb is to send a card a full week before you want it to arrive (especially important for Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc)

Q. Can I change the font that is printed on the envelope?

A. No. We use a professional handwritten font for the printed envelopes that complies with post-office mailing requirements.

Q. What type of paper are the cards printed on?

A. 14-pt card recycled stock. Cards are printed to the same specifications as cards you would buy in a Hallmark, CVS, etc.

Q. Can I send a printed greeting card from my Blackberry, iPhone, etc?

A. Because of the wide variety in mobile devices, and how they interface with our site, there is no guarantee that your particular PDA will be able to navigate and place an order correctly. However, many reps tell us that they send cards successfully with AutoSend via their mobile.

Q. What if I don't want to use my own handwriting to personalize my greeting card? What are the other font options?

A. If you don't want to use your own handwriting there is an ample selection of handwriting fonts to choose from, including cursive style writing. You can see samples of these different styles in our demo video.

Q. Can I cancel my membership at any time?

A. Yes, AutoSend members can stop their membership at any time via: My Account>Edit>AutoSend Settings
